No, flamingo interaction is not included with the entry ticket. To enjoy up-close experiences with the flamingos, you will need to upgrade to one of our premium options, such as a VIP Palapa, Premium Seating, Private Cabana or Beach Cabana.

Yes, you can, but we strongly recommend purchasing your ticket online in advance. Due to high season or other unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available at the port upon your arrival.

Yes, the ferry ride is included in the entry ticket. There are two ferries, and they run every 15 minutes.

Yes, we have three separate beaches on the island. Beach chairs and palapas (shaded areas) are available on the beaches and included in your package. Bring your own towel.

Approximately a 25-minute drive from the hotel area in your own vehicle or approximately 40 minutes by bus.

No, De Palm Island is a coral island offering something for everyone! Couples or friends without children can enjoy snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, the open bar and buffet, Sea Trek, SNUBA, unlimited banana boat rides, and activities like beach volley. The body drop slides are also open for adults.

No, the  kids water park is for all ages. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, we believe it is! Why? De Palm Island gives you the option to snorkel in both shallow and deep water and is well known for schools of blue parrotfish that swim right to you. You can also spot many other species on the reef. Fish food is available at the gift shop on De Palm Island, and daily free snorkel tours are offered.

Snorkeling at De Palm Island ranges from waist deep to approximately 15 feet in depth.

Yes, the snorkel equipment is included in your day package. Instruction and daily snorkel tours are also included.

The lunch buffet is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and serves a full salad bar, Aruban lentil soup, Caribbean curry chicken, fish fillet with Aruban Crioyo sauce, Caribbean rice, pasta marinara, mashed potatoes. We offer Aruban, bread pudding, chocolate or vanilla cake and Aruban rice pudding.

The grill is open from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and serves the following:

1. Build your own burger
– hamburgers
– nacho cheddar cheeseburger
– vegan burger

2. Chicken tenders
Crispy breaded chicken deep fried to a golden brown.

3. French fries
– Plain: crispy fries with sea salt
– Cheesy: crispy fries topped with nacho cheese sauce
– Palm Island style: crispy fries topped with vegetarian chili, cheddar cheese, sour cream and sprinkle of spring onions

4. Vegetarian chili
A vegetarian delight made with a tomato-based sauce, mild chili spices, corn, kidney beans and green beans.

The bar is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and serves soft drinks, red wine, white wine, beer, rum, vodka, whiskey, tequila, and cocktails.

You can book either a day package that includes round-trip transportation from your hotel or a package without transportation.

Yes, you can. Many guests go by rental car. There is plenty of parking (free), and you can purchase your package at the ticket booth upon arrival. A 5-minute ferry boat ride from the mainland to De Palm Island is included in all packages.

Yes, it is on the main road heading south from the hotel and downtown area.

In the downtown area, after the airport, take a right at the 3rd roundabout. There is free parking and ticket sales at the terminal. Ferries run all day to De Palm Island.

A doctor’s letter is required in order to participate if you have one of the following conditions: recent surgery, high blood pressure, epilepsy, seizures, asthma, or if you are pregnant.

If you’re unable to open the files on the USB you purchased, please contact us with your name, contact information, and the date and time of the activity you joined.

• A full refund without penalty will be given if you cancel your tour or activity in full at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  If you cancel a portion of your tour or activity at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a refund will be given for the cancelled portion, less the cost of processing fees.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, unless you have purchased Trip Protection. In such cases, you will be reimbursed the total amount of the tour or activity, less the cost of the Trip Protection and processing fees.
• If you miss the tour because of not being on time for your excursion, no refund will be issued.
• De Palm Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour or activity. We will substitute the original activity with one of at least equal value as the one being cancelled or substituted. If we are unable to substitute your purchased tour or activity, a full refund will be provided.
