Children are welcome, but strict guidelines must be followed when interacting with the flamingos. The pond is exclusively for the flamingos and is not a play area for children. Constant adult supervision is required on the beach. For children’s activities, Aqua Play is conveniently located nearby.

The safety and well-being of our flamingos are our top priorities. From time to time, based on the advice of our veterinarian, the flamingos may not be available for viewing. We thank you for your understanding.

• A full refund without penalty will be given if you cancel your tour or activity in full at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  If you cancel a portion of your tour or activity at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start time, a refund will be given for the cancelled portion, less the cost of processing fees.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, unless you have purchased Trip Protection. In such cases, you will be reimbursed the total amount of the tour or activity, less the cost of the Trip Protection and processing fees.
• If you miss the tour because of not being on time for your excursion, no refund will be issued.
• De Palm Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour or activity. We will substitute the original activity with one of at least equal value as the one being cancelled or substituted. If we are unable to substitute your purchased tour or activity, a full refund will be provided.
